My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Flag was below expectations. The rooms lacked essential amenities like a hairdryer, mini-fridge, and microwave. The cleanliness was poor, with dusty areas and stained furniture. The staff was unresponsive to complaints and failed to provide satisfactory solutions to issues. The location was convenient for shopping but lacked cleanliness. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were not well-maintained.
