My stay at the hotel was enjoyable overall. The room I had was comfortable, even though it was a corner room with no view. The rooms are mostly clean and come with a balcony, refrigerator, free WiFi, and flexible cancellation policy. Despite the absence of coffee cups, the overall quality is satisfactory. However, the dining options could use some variety and have an additional cost when booking.
My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Flag was below expectations. The rooms lacked essential amenities like a hairdryer, mini-fridge, and microwave. The cleanliness was poor, with dusty areas and stained furniture. The staff was unresponsive to complaints and failed to provide satisfactory solutions to issues. The location was convenient for shopping but lacked cleanliness. The dining options were limited, and the facilities were not well-maintained.
